1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cornation Clay website (cornationclay.com / cornationclay.in) and any purchase of products from Cornation Clay, 7/226 PO Avinissery, Ollur, Thrissur, Kerala 680306. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Descriptions

• All products are handcrafted from natural clay. Colour, texture, and minor dimensional variations are characteristic of natural clay products — not defects.
• Product images on this website are representative. Actual product appearance may vary due to natural material variation, firing conditions, and photography.
• We reserve the right to update or discontinue products without prior notice.
• For custom orders, specifications agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp) are binding.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Standard payment terms: 50% advance to confirm order, balance before dispatch.
• Orders are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
• Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and NEFT/RTGS.
• Cornation Clay reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if the product is unavailable or if there is a pricing error on the website.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary based on order quantity, delivery location, and current raw material costs. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order. For bulk orders (above 5,000 units), please contact us directly for a custom quote.

5. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates. Clay tiles are manufactured products — production and dispatch timelines depend on stock availability and order size.
• Cornation Clay is not liable for delays caused by transportation partners, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery. Please inspect goods on receipt and report any issues within 24 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logo, and design — is the property of Cornation Clay and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cornation Clay's liability in any transaction is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including construction delays, labour costs, or project losses arising from product issues.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or transactions with Cornation Clay will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala.
